Information about browsing, enquiries and bookings on the OK RV Rental website.
Contact and rental information
When you contact OK RV Rental, we use the information you provide to respond to your questions and discuss rental arrangements. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through ordinary email or the enquiry form.
For questions about your information, contact Okrv@mail.com or 250-317-3299. Our pickup address is 743 Finns Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X 5B7.
Your enquiries
Enquiries are intended for Okrv@mail.com. We use the contact details and trip information you provide to respond and discuss rental arrangements. Messages you send by email are processed through the email services involved. Ask us about access, corrections or how long enquiry records are kept.
The website form sends your enquiry to Okrv@mail.com using Resend, our email delivery service. Your name, email address, optional phone number and message are processed for delivery and replying to your enquiry. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry messages. Phone and direct email links are available if you prefer those contact options.
Website and booking services
Website hosting
This website is hosted on DigitalOcean. Enquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Hosting services process connection and browser information needed to deliver pages and maintain security.
Wheelbase / Outdoorsy
Selecting a trailer’s availability or booking controls loads the Wheelbase booking service for that trailer. It handles rental availability, quotes, reservation information and its payment flow under the terms and privacy information shown by that service. Loading it can share connection and browser information with Wheelbase and its service providers and can use cookies or browser storage. Some booking content may open in a separate tab.
Photos and fonts
Our page typefaces and scenic cover images are hosted with the website. The original trailer photos shown in the booking service may load from image services used by Wheelbase. Its embedded interface may also load fonts from Google’s font service. Scenic cover images are illustrative; check the original photos and current details for the trailer you choose.
Maps, phone and email links
The embedded Google Map loads only after you choose Show Google Map. Map and directions links use Google Maps, which has its own privacy practices. Phone and email links open your calling or email application. You can also call or email us for directions.
Enquiry protection
To limit automated submissions, the website keeps a keyed digest of the connection address and enquiry-attempt timestamps. It does not keep the raw connection address or message contents in this protection database. Attempts older than 24 hours are removed when a new enquiry is processed. Your enquiry is sent using the email delivery service, which handles it under its own information-handling practices.
Cookies and optional services
The booking service may use cookies or browser storage for rental and reservation features. Wheelbase content loads when you choose a trailer or open its calendar. You can manage cookies through your browser and use the phone or email contact options if you prefer not to load embedded booking or map content.
No Google Analytics measurement tag or advertising pixel has been added to this website. Any future analytics setup will be reviewed separately and this information updated to match the services and choices offered.
Keep your information accurate
Check the contact details, guest information and dates you submit with a reservation. Contact us if an enquiry or booking record needs correction. Booking and payment services may retain records needed for the rental and their own service requirements.
